• Tuition is due on or before your child’s 1st class of each Session.

•A $5.00 Late Fee will be charged if tuition is paid after the 1st full week of classes.

• If a check is returned/cancelled, your child’s Membership and class enrollment may be forfeited and a $25.00 returned/cancelled check fee will be charged to my account.

• Membership Fees and tuition payments are non-refundable.

• Tuition may be prorated only at Membership Application for the first session of Membership. No other tuition will be prorated.

• Any account 60 days past due, notice may be filed with the Credit Bureau.

• Written or telephonic Drop Notice is required to discontinue or take a vacation from a class. Drop Notice must be received before the start of the 1st week of a 4-week Session for which it is to apply.  You are responsible for tuition for the Session for which the Drop Notice was not timely given. Drop Notice received after the start of the 1st week of a 4-week Session will not be processed nor take effect until the 1st week of the next 4-week Session. Any disputes regarding telephonic Drop Notice will be resolved in favor of Kinetics or at its sole discretion.

• Unless prior notice of a child’s absence (due to sickness or otherwise) is received, a child’s class enrollment may be dropped if he/she child does not attend class nor pay tuition by the end of the 1st full week of classes for a Session. Re-enrollment will be subject to class availability, current Membership, financial good standing with Kinetics.

• Make-Up Policy is “1 make-up per 4-week Session without carry over.” Make-ups must be scheduled and students must have a Make-Up Class Pass to participate in class. NO REFUNDS.

• You are responsible for all medical expenses for my child(ren) which may occur from their participation at Kinetics.

• Participation in gymnastics, team gymnastics, cheer squad, tumbling and cheer activities all involve motion, rotation, and height in a unique environment and as such, carries with it the risk of injury. You voluntarily register your child/children to participate in one or more of these activities with knowledge of the risks involved, and thereby agree to accept any and all inherent risks of property damage, personal injury or death.

• Coach/staff assignments are subject at all times to change at any time without notice.

• Class availability is subject at all times to minimum class enrollment requirements.

• Communications affecting students/parents may be posted in the lobby, stated on Kinetics’ telephone answering device, distributed in Correspondence File Folders located in the lobby and/or posted on kineticsgym.com should be checked regularly.

• Notice may be posted in the lobby, stated on Kinetics’ telephone answering device, distributed in Correspondence File Folders located in the lobby, posted on kineticsgym.com, and/or broadcast of KWHI/KTEX radio and/or its website, in the event Kinetics will be unexpectedly closed for any reason. In the event of weather issues, consult these resources before traveling.
